Its 1999! Introducing the Commodore 64 'web it' The most misleading use of a brand name I have personally experienced. Its an X86 that has window 3.1, the link to the Commodore is the emulator CCS64 by Hakan Sundell, its a great emulator but not even this can allow Netscape to market this close to the Commodore 64 stable IMO. Connectivity, none shared with the C64, not even a Joyport! As a one-per house internet computer its scores well, it has serial ports and a 3.5" DD and some room for expansion. It can hook to a normal TV via RCA out, but sound has to be via extra speakers. Utilities Media Player Sound recorder Command Prompt Notepad Internet browser The idea of releasing a product with a legacy name was perhaps done 20 years too early for this beast. Overall, the logo is painted on the case, at least it cant fall off and turn this item into worthless junk. 5/10 shelf filling curiosity.
